Single Family Lot Reservations:

 In order to reserve a Single Family Lot, please refer to the Lot Map above and select an unshaded available lot.  After selecting an available lot, please complete a Notice of Lot Reservation Form and fax it to our office at the following number: (520) 558-1128 (please include your return fax number on your cover page).  We will verify the availability of your preferred lot, execute the Lot Reservation Form on behalf of Skyward Ventures, L.L.C., and return the executed document to you. Once you have received the executed document, please forward it along with a $1,000 refundable deposit to our attorney’s escrow account, as described in paragraph 1 of the Notice of Lot Reservation Form.

Your $1,000 refundable deposit will be held in our attorney’s escrow account until Final Plat Approval is received from Cochise County.  Upon Final Plat Approval, you will have an additional two weeks to arrive at a final decision regarding your lot purchase.
