The Community:
Arizona Sky Village is a residential community comprised of Single-family lots and Interval ownership Adobe-style Haciendas, each of which offers stunning, unobstructed views of Cave Creek Canyon, exquisite night skies, and world-class birding. The community is dedicated of the preservation of dark skies, the natural birding habitat, and pristine beauty of the area. To that end we have established significant lighting restrictions and architectural review. Our community is in harmony with its surroundings. We have taken great care to craft a community plan that will minimize any disturbance to the areas natural habitat. Our hope as community builders is to bring together an eclectic group of people who share a common interest of discovery and appreciation of nature.

Home Owner’s Association:
Arizona Sky Village has established Sky Village Homeowner’s Association, Inc. as the Single Family Lot Home Owner’s Association (“HOA”), and will soon establish an Interval Home Owner’s Association for the purposes of safeguarding and maintaining the community and its common areas.
The Arizona Sky Village Team:
Jack and Alice Newton have been a driving force in amateur astronomy for many years. It is their dedication to and love of astronomy that serves as the centralized philosophy surrounding the community. Through their participation in observing and teaching sessions the Village will be assured of a dynamic astronomical future.
Gene Turner, an avid astronomer, combines his love for astronomy with a 20-year real estate development background, providing ASV with the expertise necessary to maximize the potential for all aspects of the community’s development.
Leigh Anne Johnson has an extensive background in corporate real estate finance. Prior to her work with Arizona Sky Village, she served as Associate Vice President for the Florida Office of Rockwood Realty Associates, L.L.C., a prestigious boutique real estate investment-banking firm headquartered in New York City. All matters of finance surrounding the ASV Community have been thoroughly analyzed and through this attention to detail the community operations will be managed with a high degree of certainty.
